Youth: Generally refers to a time of life that is neither childhood nor adulthood, but rather somewhere in-between. This age is such that neither force, nor excessive freedom works, the only thing which works is talking to them in an understanding tone (Like a best friend). This age is also known as the moulding age, There is a beautiful saying from the book “Nahjul-Balagha” quoted by: The Commander of faithful (PBUH) “Surely the heart of the youth is like the uncultivated land – it will accept whatever you throw upon it [and that is what will grow from it] “

Considering the above situation of a Youth, it becomes a greater responsibility for the parents and their guardians to take extra care of the youth. Be it from as simple as daily nutrition or to the most important part of human life, Sound sleep.
