Tehsin is truly a great trainer. Not only does he keep you motivated, he switches up the workouts on a regular basis to keep you on your toes. He makes it easier to get up in the morning, put on those sneakers and give it a 110% each time. He always adds in exercises that he knows I like to make it more fun for me. I hate just running on a treadmill for an hour and Tehsin adds in various exercises like kickboxing and even competing in different types of races when I work out with my sister. You can tell that he knows what he's doing because training is his passion and he loves his job. He is always up to date on the latest workouts and nutritional information and is constantly doing his research. If you want to get in shape and feel the difference within just one workout, Tehsin is the guy for you.
I started working out with Tehsin about 3 months after the birth of my second child, and I had only 6 weeks before I returned to London. I wanted to basically get back in shape and I could not have picked a better person to help me do it. Tehsin is an expert in postpartum (after birth) training. He knew exactly how to design a fantastic workout that pushed my limits, without putting me off and without the risk of injury to my fragile lower back. Plus he always kept things interesting. It was a different workout everyday I never got bored. He also coached me on diet. I have used other personal trainers before but no one has been as holistic and realistic in their approach. Four squats to running up fourteen floors as warm up , from making excuses to looking forward to train after a long day at work and changing my belief that workout is only for weight loss to workout is to be fit and energetic changed me as a person.

I have known Mr Tehsin Rana for the last six months. He was introduced to me by my daughter as a competent Personal Trainer. I find him to be very systematic, methodical, intelligent and a tech savvy physical trainer.
