Egg Pani Puri

Sound weird but trust me it’s a power pack meal.
An interesting combination of high protein and healthy carbs with the tangy and spicy chilled pani.
The process is very simple.

Ingredient (for 1 person)

A (Must)
1.         3 eggs (preferred small size)
2.         Any Sprouts 70grms
3.         Everest Pani puri masala.
4.         Chilled water
5.         5 Dates and 1 tbsp tamarind pulp.
6.         Salt & turmeric

1.         Chesse 1 cube
2.         Olives
3.         herbs

Boli the eggs for 8 min rest them aside to cool.
While the eggs are boiling, Boil the sprouts as per your like (hard or soft) with 1 tbs of salt and 1 tsp turmeric.
Prepare the date and tamarind chutney (mixing 5 dates and 1 tbsp of tamarind pulp and create a paste.) Add the Everest pani puri masala in to chilled water as per taste.
Now prepare a plate which can accommodate 6 eggs half’s (3 eggs sliced into equal half’s)
Remove the yellow and keep it aside or wrap it in a cling foil and keep it in the freezer can use it in salads and other recipes
Now use the sprouts to fill the crater with the sprouts.
Pour the chutney and spicy pani((water) on to it.
Your fun little Egg pani puri is now ready to go
You can garnish with cheese and olives and herbs if you like it.
