“Every parent wants his or her kids to be the best in all fields. What do we find, have we achieved what we want? Or we have even gone worse than our parents in taking care of our Precious jewels (our Kids)”.

What is the first thing which comes to our mind when we speak about Kids?

If someone spoke about kids 20 years down the line we would have a different perspective, however now when we are living in an environment of Fast Life or so called advance living. Where every parent wants his or her kids to be the best in all fields. What do we find, have we achieved what we want? Or we have even gone worse than our parents in taking care of our Precious jewels (our Kids).

At least a glass of milk if Late or a full breakfast including egg/ poha /idli/rotis, etc 

What can we expect in 30 min Maximum a Glass of Milk if we can push it down?

Way to school

Walk to school

If lucky bus, However still had to walk till the stop

Walk does not exist.

Bus comes to your doorstep.

And if late because of drinking MILK then dads Car Or TAXI.

Tiffin (Very Interesting)

Jam Roti/ Poha / Bhaji roti/idli/banana /eggs etc

And if lucky a sweet Mom holding a hot Tiffin at the time of Tiffin break.

(Miss you mom) 

Tiffin does not exist. We believe in CASH. So do our kids.

So it turns into Lays, Bingo, Balaji And many more options available.

The List would go long but this gives us a brief description where we are moving.

We want our kids to perform best but have we provided them with the best?

The answer is No, because we have become busy ourselves. So what is the solution? How do we manage all? (Family, Office, Socializing)

All we have to work on is the Driving forces, only then we will be able to balance, however the restraining forces are also strong.

Driving Forces are:

  • Improvement in School studies
  • Decreased chances of health related problems
  • Improved eating and exercise habits.
  • Increased Knowledge.
  • Overall feel good attitude towards healthy family.

Restraining Forces:

  • Uncooperative Kids.
  • Time
  • Cost
  • Influential Fast foods
  • Video Games.
  • Laziness

The Ultimate Benefit is overall feel good attitude towards healthy family. However please make sure these all benefits will not be achieved unless and until you fight the restraining forces.
