I have been involved with fitness and have been active through my life, having been a competitive swimmer when I was younger and a frequent visitor to the gym otherwise. While my body always responds well to exercise, I never found an option that gave me a complete, holistic workout. I had tried Pilates before, but didn’t truly understand the concept, having used DVD’s and group classes to learn about it. Once I started working out with Tehsin, I was completely blown away. For the first time in my life, I have understood the importance of connecting your mind to your body while you exercise, and how toreally work my core. Tehsin’s training style is so personalized – he is truly interested in each client’s fitness and lifestyle goals, and is able to zero in on even the smallest changes in your body, suggesting ways in which the littlest tweak will instantly improve your entire form and allow you to reach even greater heights. I am confident that my fitness goals, which seemed impossible before, will be reached and surpassed, thanks to Tehsin’s special brand of excellent training.

At the start I was skeptical as to whether I would be able to come in shape in the span of 2 months as promised by Mr Tehsin however at the end of it I was shocked at the results - 9 Kgs lost and a perfect body shape. It couldn't happen without your great efforts wherein more than me you had the zeal to achieve what we achieved.

I have known Mr Tehsin Rana for the last six months. He was introduced to me by my daughter as a competent Personal Trainer. I find him to be very systematic, methodical, intelligent and a  tech savvy physical trainer. In these six months, he has enabled me to improve my sitting and standing postures and with a series of exercises, I have obtained considerable relief from my lower back and leg pain. Is Fat Loss from some selective areas possible? E.g. losing just the belly fat?

This concept is also hyped as "Spot Reduction" and unfortunately, it doesn’t work. Spot training doesn't work to help you achieve your overall long-term goals. The best way to lose fat from one particular area is to lose fat overall.
